Refund Policy

At AeroCat.store, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused and in the same condition that you received it
• In its original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items

• Items that have been used or damaged by the customer
• Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your USB-Powered Cat Plush Heating Pad arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
